Service Description

Corporate yoga and/or meditation sessions tailored for your teams and brought straight to your door anytime, anywhere! Combat the long hours and the rigorous commute, mental stress, poor sitting postures combined with sedentary desk jobs and unhealthy eating habits. Reduce stress, anxiety and employee absenteeism due to illness, improve health and wellness, boost morale, teamwork, productivity, energy, focus and creativity and increase your appeal to potential employees. A bespoke yoga session designed to meet your needs with an online or in-person session, either chair / desk based or on a yoga mat. Mats provided if required. Book a 45 minute class for a full body work out at a time that suits you. Shorter or longer sessions available. Prices vary subject to requirements and prior arrangements.

Cancelation Policy

We look forward to having you join us on the mat for the dates you’ve booked. - If you are unable to attend a class which you have booked, please email us no less than 48 hours before the start of the class and we will be happy to give you a credit for that class. - A credit will allow you to attend, without additional charge, the next available class within a 45-day window of the date of the first cancellation as confirmed by us. We are unable to extend credit beyond the 45-day window which means you forfeit the unused credit and refunds are not available. - If you do not attend a class you have booked or you are 15 mins or more late for a class or you cancel your attendance less than 48 hours before the class, you will not receive a credit or a refund and you will forfeit the full fee. - For block bookings we are unable to offer a credit more than twice during each block booking. - In the rare event that Inner Pose Wellness needs to cancel a class, we may elect to offer you an alternative comparable service such as an alternative online offering or a credit to attend a class without additional charge within a 45 day window. - Credit is non-transferable to another person and is offered at the sole discretion of Inner Pose Wellness whose decision shall be final. - Please read our Terms of Use at https://www.innerposewellness.com/terms-of-use
